Suzanne is a practicing family physician with an undergrad in nutritional sciences. She is deeply passionate about evidence-based nutrition and coaching women to break free from restrictive dieting and find flexible and sustainable nutrition that yields life-changing results.
Suzanne doesn’t just talk the talk. After finishing medical school and giving birth to her second child, she found herself struggling with her own health & fitness.

Longing for a change, Suzanne committed herself to strength training and refocusing her nutrition. The result? She lost over 30 lbs, has kept it off, and feels better in her 40s than she did in her 20s!
Now she spends the better part of her professional career helping other women to experience the same.

Tristan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology along with a Personal Trainer Certification. Tristan's commitment to ongoing education ensures that his clients the best expertise and evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
His constant smile, relentless optimism, and devotion to the "Fitness Made Fun" mantra are qualities that stand out, along with his enthusiasm often compared to that of a Golden Retriever by his friends.
Beyond the gym, Tristan blends his understanding of exercise science with a deep appreciation for the role of movement in achieving optimal results and lasting transformations.
Having traveled the world with Team Canada and trained university athletes, he now brings his expertise to the The Fit Physician team, empowering physicians to unlock their full potential through sustainable habits and a focus on long-term physical wellness.
